Are the percentages supposed to be of that heavy single?.... Or the same training percentages we've been working with?....

The percentages here will be off of the the heavy single you do for the given day.

+2.5lb snatch PR, +5lb clean & jerk PR, +15lb clean PR. Didn't have time for a HS on the FS so that will have to wait. Still felt like a very productive session.
