Holy hamstrings and sore shoulders. It's been a while since I've had soreness.

I noticed the SLDL and goodmornings don't have specific percentages. What type of weight should we be putting on the bar for those exercises?

Feel out an appropriate weight that you can handle for 5s. You should not be dying or going to failure on the 5th rep.
