Audra Jerk
  • Snatch - 73% x 1 x 5 OTM, 78% x 1 x 5 OTM, 83% x 1 x 5 OTM - If after these 15 sets on the minute you feel good, continue to a heavy single with a max of 5 more singles with a max of 2 min rest
  • Snatch Pull - 85%x3, 90%x3x2
  • Halting Snatch Deadlift (knee) + Finish + Floating Snatch Deadlift - 80% x (3+1+1), 85% x (3+1+1) x 2
  • Back Squat (5 sec eccentric on rep 1) - 70% x 5, 75% x 5x  2

what does this mean?

OTM is on the minute. You will start a timer and will perform a snatch at the start of each minute at the given weights above. When you complete the 15 you can follow the instructions above to take the weights up.

Just to be clear when it's written back squats 75% x5x2 , is that five sets of two or two sets of five?
