Workout Demonstration videos would be a really big help.. Especially for those new to olympic lifts... No clue what that means?

Halting Clean Deadlift (knee) + Finish + Floating Clean Deadlift - 80% x (3+1+1), 85% x (3+1+1) x 2
Steve Pan 2014-08-20
Halting deadlift to the knee is a clean deadlift where you pause at the knee. Finish is the finish of the deadlift from the knee to the hip standing tall. Floating clean deadlift you will lower the bar down but stop before touching the ground and then deadlift the bar back to the hip standing tall.

Is the percentages for the pause and floating deadlifts based off you max clean? Or clean deadlift?
Steve Pan 2014-08-25
JM -

Off of your max clean.

Check the link in the main menu called "exercises" for a huge library of video demos. Some more obscure lifts are not in there, but I'm in the process of updating currently.
