Hi. Just after some advice. Have just completed the 5 week front squat emphasis cycle with great results!! 15kg up on front squat, 10kg up on snatch. Just wondering if there is a cycle you recommend next?? Frnt sqt:130 bck sqt: 140 snatch:85 c&j: 105. Thanks.
