Hi Greg, If I wanted to give the pulling stance with the toes pointed out (frog style?) a shot, what are important things to take into account? Are the mechanics different than with a more traditional stance or is it more or less the same idea for the pull? Thanks a lot

Dreid - A true frog stance actually has the heels touching - this was used by a number of Japanese lifters years ago, and some set world records with it. But this is way too extreme for most people. Just experiment with turning your feet out slightly more, and flaring your knees as you bring the bar past - stay away from anything to crazy. The difference in mechanics will just be a more upright back position.
