Hi Greg, I recently got my hands on World Class Coaching's "World's Fastest Lift" and "World's Most Powerful Lift". I know they were recommended by Coach Glassman in an early CFJ issue, but I was wondering what you thought of the videos and the technique/style taught in the videos. Thanks, as always

Also, I've gained ~8lbs in the past few weeks by following your suggestions for integrating the O-lifts into crossfit as well as following your dietary suggestions from the PM Mass issue. I have been doing IF as well, and I'm loving it so far. Thanks a ton!

Dreid - I don't like the WCC videos for a number of reasons, including their teaching progressions. But unfortunately there's nothing better available. Yet.

I get the sense you're working on something...do you have a time estimate of when we might see it? I have to say, I'm pretty excited at the possibility.
Greg Everett 2008-04-23
We might be. You might see something in the July area.

Greg- can you elaborate on that a little bit? What aspects of their teaching style/progression do you not like?
Aimee 2008-04-23
Ben- That question would take pages to answer. And even then, would probably not totally answer your question. The aspects of teaching style and/or progression that differ in Greg's coaching style can not simply be answered. He has written many articles on how he believes the lifts should be taught. My suggestion is to wait a couple months for his book. That will be a satisfactory elaboration... otherwise you are going to get him on a rant ;)
