Snatch - 55kg (technique needs a lot of improvement)
C&J: 67.5
Snatch Pull: 70kg
Squat: 100kg (less than 90%)

Greg,

I posted a new video on youtube of our lifts from last Saturday. Can you give me any other pointers? I've been working on what you said last time, getting lower, making it a fluid motion. I'm the first one lifting, thanks.

Jason - Looks better than I remember last time. Your biggest issue is leading with your hips - you shoot your hips up too much too soon. We want your back as upright as possible the entire pull - as upright as you can have it as the bar passes your knees. We have some drills we'll give you in Boston to square that away.
