Since I only can workout Mon. - Fri. how would you suggest that I follow the routine? I've been trying to do the Mon. - Wed. on Wed. - Fri. and then combining the Sat. followed by the Fri. metcon on Mon. Do you have anything better in mind?
Greg Everett 2008-08-27
Jeff - I'm a little confused by what you wrote. I'd do Mon-Wed as scheduled and combine Fri and Sat on Fri.
Jeff G 2008-08-27
That's all I needed. Thanks a lot.

Congrats on the book, Greg, et al. I hope you bring some copies with you this weekend to San Diego! I'm looking forward to another weekend of lifting.

Anybody else going to go to the Cert in San Diego? Give me a shout at Keith AT Crossfitvirtuosity DOT com

Stay strong!

I'll be doing the front squat workout tomorrow and no rest day the day after since I had 2 rest days in a row just now.

Should I continue to try and catch up to the workouts I missed?
Or should I jump to the most recent one considering that I need to choose the workout with the most technical work rather than focusing strength?

I have decent strength and I know the basic lifts well, but horrible and new to PM since Strength Cycle 1.

Chances are with univeristy starting 5 workouts a week will be rare.
4 will be more reasonable and 3 workouts a week might happen here and there depending on school and work stress, but i don't wanna stop working out!

So again, my question, should I keep trying to catch up, or skip strength intensive workouts?
Greg Everett 2008-08-30
Tarun - Don't try to make 5 days fit into 3 entirely - keep focusing primarily on the actual snatch/CJ and technique work, and maybe throw in a back squat and front squat 1x/week each as well as a snatch pull.

Just wanna let you know I will be ordering 14 books soon. ;)
