I was fresh all week but I am indeed beat up today, wow ! Sn : ramped up to 82.5kg then failed it twice C&j : ramped up to 102.5kg which I failed twice as well BS : sets at 120kg were already feeling hard, call it a day. + short metcon

snatch 175 clean and jerk 225 ran out of time. bad lifting day. low energy. failed 5 times at 190 snatch. failed twice at 235 c&j. might try this over again tomorrow.

Meshed the last two warmed up with tall snatch w/65#. Never done those. Not easy for me at all. Snatch balance: 125# Snatch: 125# C&J: 175# low bar BS: 300# PR!! mixed grip weighted pullups w/30# DB, 12,10,5 russian twists 25# kb 3x30 tabata flutter kicks for 5 sets

sn: 60,65,70,75,80,82.5(miss),82.5 new PR!!! cj: 70,75,80,85,90,95 tie PR, 100 miss, 100 miss my clean pull just went to shit on 100 not really sure why bs: 100,105,110,120,130 pull ups:3 sets of 8 using weight assistance machine (im still working on being able to do pull ups) abs: 3 sets on decline bench I didnt get to do the whole week so I will see how I feel next week. thanks for the site and the WODs I hope that this will help me make some gains, and also help make me for functional.

6', 104.5 sn: 63 cj: 84 bs: 175 pu, mixed grip: 6/4/4 ab: various nursing a shoulder injury and trying to "re-learn" the Oly lifts after a long layoff. Thanks for the WODs, great stuff you have here.
