44/6'1"/188 snatch 190 (pr) clean and jerk 240 (ties pr) did a max day because i missed last week's max day. failed 3 times on the jerk at 245. don't think i drop low enough.

SN-75kg C&J 100kg BS-146kg Met-con: 3 p-press #55 DB's, 6 2pd KB swings, 9 clavicle Pull-ups 5 rounds in 9:35. I did full variants today, only doi9ng power variants during the week to take it easy on my knees. So far, so good. Still spicy but better.
