Greg, Just starting the program. I want to get stronger with some weight gain. Is following the WOD good or should I do the mass gain? Thx
Greg Everett 2009-01-15
Nick - The WOD is fine - just eat more!

Greg - do you suggest doing any type of training-practice on rest days? or do you just relax to recover for the next WOD? Thanks
Aimee 2009-01-15
Rossi- Rest days are supposed to be for rest! use those days to recover. The work you will be doing on your training days will be enough. No training or practice on your rest days.

wanted to try that as I saw it in Tommy Kono's book. Unfortunately my squat rack isn't high enough to set the pins to the appropriate height
