I take it this is 85% of our max Muscle Snatch? Up until now, for the O-lift variations, I've been taking the percent of the full lift's max, not the max of the variation.

Ibelieve 85% of Muscle Sn is based on Mondays heavy mucle snatch if you do not have a 1RM for Muscle Sn??? Had to take the day off due to a rough work day..make it up thursday and friday.
