Back Squat: 285x3x5 Clean DL: 275x3x3... Went a little heavier on these Push Press: 165x5x5 ...Feel recharged after about 4 days off.

BS- 280 x 3 x Cln DL- went heavier about 165% 290# x 3 x 3 PP - 155 x 5 x 5 I usually do a back down set after the work sets are completed. I am usually in the range of 40%-50% of 1rm for 6+ reps. Is this something I should continue? thanks for the great site and resources. Lamarr
