  • Power snatch - 80% x 1 x 3
  • Power clean & jerk - 80% x 1 x 3
3 rounds for time of:
15 kipping pull-ups
5 box jumps - mid-thigh+

First time ever doing balances. Worked my way up to that weight and did a few reps. Worked on Split jerks too, felt good.
