m/22/5'11"/180# Yay! First day on the PMWOD! S (kg): 50 (stopped, worried about my form here. Though I should start slow) C&J (kg): 70 (stopped, again worried about form) FS (kg): 84 Ab Work: an assortment of planks and such. Kinda fun. Also, I know . . . another late post, just putting it up so its written down somewhere other than my log.
