Greg and Aimee - I have been out the past 3d with a stomach flu or something. Feeling better and plan to lift today. Any suggestions on how to ease back into the program and/or guideliness to follow when returning back from sickness or acute injury? Thanks..

Rossi -No real rules, just go how you feel - you'll probably find yourself a bit lightheaded the first day or two, so just drop the weight and sets as necessary to get yourself moving without dying completely. And get tons of water in.

Awesome video. I can't wait to get back under the bar, been dealing with knee problems. I guess hang power snatches will suffice for now. Any other recommendations?

Matt - Pretty much anything you can do that doesn't aggravate the knee. You can do a lot of pressing, pull-ups/rowing, and the like; hang power and muscle lifts; good morning, stiff-legged DLs, etc. Just get creative and try to do as much as you can with a bit of modification as necessary.
