in the vid, does Aimee have more flexibility in the left shoulder than the right, or is it just the camera angle?

Hit a new clean PR today but missed the jerk (barely)...would you suggest adjusting %'s on C/J's to reflect the new PR? My thinking is that the little bit of extra weight on the jerk portions will strengthen the jerk in order to come back and get it next time.

Ben - Aimee is a bit wonky in her rack position - one elbow is always lower than the other.
Greg Everett 2009-04-03
Andy - If the jerk was close, yes, use that "estimated" max for your CJs.

Hey Greg -

I'm a little confused - are the Saturday sessions always open for non members or is that just on select Saturday's?
Greg Everett 2009-04-03
Phil - Yes, it's always open to non-members.
Aimee 2009-04-03
ya, my elbows are total dorks.
