Hi Gregg. Your WOD looks great, I'd like to give it a try and post my progress here. Problem is I have judo classes on Tuesday and Saturday, which are quite tough. Can I do the WOD while keeping up my Judo classes? Thanks!

SN- 190 (180) CJ- 255 (235) FS- 290 (275) scores in parenthesis are prior to this cycle. Thanks Greg and everyone else for the website. Ill be around for the next set of cycles. I'd like to hit a 300 lb cj and a 225 snatch. Might take me a while.

SN - 67.5 (all in Kg) CJ - 90 FS - 110 Great site. Looking forward to starting with the next cycle. Bought Greg's book last month and my lifts are already improving. I was able to keep good tech all the way up to max weights. In the past my tech would go to crap at these weights.
