C & J 180 Clean Pull 225 C Dead 245,265,265 BS 245, 255 HLR Had to split up! All the hanging really helped with my sore lats from yesterday, somebody out there is thinking when they do their programming.

Trying to play catch up so todays workout.... Snatch Balance- MAX.. 110kg... matched my old max from a few months ago :) Clean and Jerk (90%) - 2 X 1 - Barely got the first, but got the second much easier - 115kg Front Squat- 3,2,1,3,2,1 1st- 198, 2nd- 228, 3rd-242, 4th- 230, 5th-242, 6th- 267 ----- My max is 305 so I still need a lot of work to get back there Assistance Work: Post.
