50 m farmers walk - 40% BW/side

Hang muscle snatch - 52 x 3 x 3 Snatch - 42 x 3 x 3 Clean & jerk - 55 x 2 x 3 WOD: 14:40 10 sandbag Zercher cleans - 80 LBs 50 m farmers walk - 60 Lbs/side 10 Turkish get-ups - 40 Lb DB 5 reps/side The WOD was much harder than it looked on "paper." Never done HMSn, it was a good one, using it soon.

M/36/6'8"/240 Hang Muscle Snatch--105# x 3 x 3 Snatch--85# x 3 x 3 Clean & Jerk-- 125# x 2 x 3 WOD: 12:01 10 SB Zercher cleans--120# 50m farmer walk -- 93#/side 10 Turkish get ups -- 50# (closest bag to 60#) You know, the big gorilla demonstrating the SB Zercher cleans in the video made them look much easier than they turned out to be. I hope I never run into that guy and somehow make him made at me...

8 hours of GPP (read yard work: hauling 50# bags of sand and topsoil, cutting grass, weed eating, digging holes to plant trees, burning limbs... you name, it was done). Too toasted to do the lifts.
