Snatch 180 (PR by 10!) If I could learn to pull under the bar, I might really impove

C&J 235 (PR for 10 for the jerk portion) same comment as above

BS 305 (best ass to ankles high bar squat yet- tired by then, I know I could that number up alot more if I was fresh)

metcon 7:45 no target for ball just threw in air

Gonna have to go of sugar and dairy for three weeks! This gonna suck! The kegarator in my garage gym beckons me.

metcon: wall balls/j.pullups/hlr 40-30-20

dips 3x10 (pump the chest and tri's up)

Snatch: 145 (failed 155)
C&J: 200 (failed jerk 210)
40-30-20 reps for time of Push Ball (12' target with 12# med ball) + Jumping Ring Pull Ups + Situps: 7:54. Form on situps went to crap, but push ball and jumpups were pretty good, except for a few dropped balls.
