question....how do the ilift tank sizes run. is a small a small? also, the seminar was great!! and im reading the book.

Max Effort Work Today Snatch - only got to 208 successfully... caught 218 but held it on the bottom too long and missed it Clean and Jerk- Feeling Better :).... got 264 for a single even though I still am 15 lbs from my personal best it's better Back Squat Max.... Horrible... only could manage 315 and then missed 335 badly... Good Mornings and Handstand Push-Ups to finish

Snatch: 125 x1 x3 C&J: 145 x1 x3 Snatch Pull: 255 x2 x3 FS: 205 x1 x5 Weighted GHDSU: 65 x10x3 Seated Calf Raise: 115 x10 x3 (5 sec pause at bottom of each rep, explosive concentric)
