PowerClean 3x3 90kg 70%
Push Press 3x5 70kg

BS: up to 280 x1 x2
TGU: 40 x5 x3 on right side, did not do on left due to pain. Did DB rotator cuff movements on left.
Seated calf raise: 115 x10, 140 x8 x2 with 5 sec pause at bottom.
