Still letting my stitched thumb heal so no pulling allowed... this sucks!!!

Box Jump... No step 4X1... got to about 46-47"

Worked on light hang power cleans... got up to just 154# for 3

Back Box Squat - worked up to 215 for 5

Strict Press X5- 145
CTB Pull Ups X 25 Total

Blah I'm running out of workouts to do....
