c&j 2x1 122kg b.sqt 3x1 150kg backing off a bit, sticking to one classical lift per session, lifting in a comp. in 3 weeks. I respond better to reduced volume during the lead up to competing. Up into this point I have been very happy with my progressin following this sites training program...Thanx
