Would your functional wieght gain program in your book work for strength as well? I really need to build my overall strenght base, but I don't want to neglect the classic lifts while doing it. I would add in some of my own weakness secific exercises and some metcon work since real weight gain is not my primary concern. Or do you have another recomendation? Thanks!

Andrew - It will definitely get you stronger - just don't eat so much if you don't want to gain weight.
