Snatch Work....

Snatch Balance... Med-Heavy Single... Missed 225 twice even though my max is 252

Power Snatch.... Max... 5-7 X1.... Ended at 190

OH Squat Max... PR is 300 but finished at 264.. can only snatch grip push jerk like 280 so not too bad

Hamstring work/ Pull Ups/ and Handstand Push Ups to finish
