What about the weight in technique primer? Should it be light or kind of heavy?
Light. This is to train and reinforce technique while avoiding fatigue.

These are just a few, but you can find more on our exercise library here: http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercises/
You can choose a specific technique primer based on what you feel you need to work on most, and add these in as warm ups for the respective lifts.
