Hello, thanks for a great tip, I started to lose motivation, as I train alone in a basement and sometimes really even a warm-up is difficult. I quit listening to music and radio some time ago (and taking my smart phone with me in the first place - it was a bit of a distraction). Now I am putting some weightlifting videos on my tablet to have some weightlifting background. What a GREAT idea.
