Once or twice a year, Aimee and I bring our lifters out to our place for a training camp. We both coach lifters from all over the US and internationally, so it’s a good chance for them to get in-person coaching instead of remote, and to train in an atmosphere they don’t usually get.
 
I shot this whole camp in 120FPS to have a lot of stock footage I could use for slow-motion in instructional videos, and I shot it without audio because I had no intention of using it for anything else, which is a mistake I like to make repeatedly.
 
So to make up for a lack of audio, I’m going to do commentary about the training for this camp, and hopefully that will be more interesting and educational than the sounds of feet hitting the floor and bars dropping.
