Fix Your Snatch & Pulls - PUSH into Extension

There are quite a few pull variations, and some have different finish positions/details... short/Lasha pulls, flat-footed pulls, speed/panda pulls to name a few obvious ones.
 
This exact technique applies to conventional snatch and clean pulls primarily, but the vertical leg drive element applies to all pulls involving full extension (i.e. not variations like short pulls in which the shoulders intentionally stay in front of the bar at the top), even flat-footed pulls.
 
Learning how to push vertically with the legs in extension is a critical skill for the snatch and clean.
